Deine Aufgaben

  • training of the staff of our service provider to our production processes and transfer of our technical expertise
  • quality assurance, and respect of the company quality standards, to ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained
  • coordination of the quality control (input/output)
  • planning and execution of internal audits
  • continuous improvement of all processes throughout the company to improve efficiency
  • creation of the environment and working methods to achieve zero defect
  • resolution of customer and supplier claims
  • the interaction with suppliers to ensure the quality of all purchased components.
  • evaluation, audit and development of suppliers and subcontractors in consultation with the purchasing and planning departments
  • promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization
  • coordination and benchmarking of the objectives of production procedures and output in cooperation with the other plants of the group and the market organizations in Europe
  • EHS management > performs the function of a professionally qualified person according to §9 of Act No. 309/2006 Coll., on ensuring other health and safety conditions, for which he has the necessary qualifications. Coordination and supervision of the work of external companies in accordance with health and safety and control of compliance with regulations

Dein Profil

  • Proven experience as quality technican, internal auditor or quality manager
  • Conscientious and responsible
  • A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
  • Proficient in SAP (as advantage) + MS Office
  • In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
  • Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems
  • ENG language skills
  • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
